- CCChris CageJan 10, 20252.0Terrible service from the carrier on my route, although the postmaster is as nice as she can be. Have filed multiple complaints with usps about the carrier, but the situation never gets better, and has actually gotten worse in retaliation of those complaints. No one answers the phone at the location, packages forced and crushed to fit into my box, items damaged or left by the roadside in the dirt, or tied to tree branches on my driveway, or marked as "delivered to mailbox" but they are packages that wouldn't fit in the box and they never show up on my porch. Shameful.
