- MSM SApr 4, 20261.0The post master is rude!! I as well as others in our apartment building are constantly having to run down to the post office for packages that could have been delivered as they say ONE person has complained of their package being taken. I advise him that I would like my packages left at my door(have a camera) and he still argued why something as simple as a jacket couldn’t be delivered. “I’m not going up argue with you” was the words used before disconnecting the phone when I just wanted some clarity as to how one person’s issue became the entire buildings. I definitely understand implementing something for them but no one else asked and I’ve lived in my residence a few years and this new “policy” just came out of nowhere but the rudeness from the post master I didn’t expect but customer service is their top priority. I wish I didn’t have to deal with this post office.

Example: Had a package that was marked delivered, but was not delivered to my address (mistakes happen). Called and informed them and they were able to track where my package was delivered, and retrieve the package and deliver it the next day. Just one example, and are always easy to deal with when stopping by this post office.

It’s is Thursday January 22nd at 11:25am. The two female workers that helped me really made my day better! I hope their pillow is always cold, they hit every green light for the rest of their life, and that they have all the good fortune for their days to come! Give these ladies a raise!

I dont live in the area, I’ll never see the place again. But I wanted to say that Terry helped me by calling my local office himself and rectifying the problem. He is such a sweet patient man. He works hard and deserves a raise. Thanks Terry. ~ Fran
