We have been 3 weeks waiting for a cooler exchange and everyday they say it's scheduled for tomorrow but tomorrow never comes. They have expedited it, given me a 100% guarantee that they will be here and then do not show up. Never call and when I call they have moved it to another day. RIDICULOUS! VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE. We are a business. We may have to consider cancelling this service
