    Horrible service, immense attitudes for non-functioning alleged public servants who get paid more and more and do less and less;

    In the last 3 months they left 2 packages for others in my house and left one of mine in another place. Something has to be done.

    HORRIBLE service. Do not trust these people with your mail. Medication that has been getting delivered to me monthly for 4 years, to the same address somehow ended up in farmville instead of Hanover. Not their fault BUT when I went in with the routing number, asking them to see what was going on, and get it straightened out they checked and said that it had been in farmville, but was now in Staunton getting ready to come to me in Hanover. I reiterated that it was very important medication. That was at 9:30 am. at 2:30 pm it gets delivered to some random po box in farmville! when I called back to tell them, all they did was give me a customer service number. Their entire lack of apathy, and ability to do their jobs has jeopardized my health. DO NO USE THEM!
