I go to this UPS store frequently and for various services like shipping, printing, notary and passport pictures. Most recently I brought my two kids in for passport pictures. Taha helped us and not only got my toddler to stand still but was efficient with everything. The staff here are kind, helpful and efficient. The manager, Ron, is also very kind and helpful. Whenever I go in to the store I am out quickly and my needs have been met.
We always receive excellent customer service at this UPS store. I am a regular customer and have needed copy, mailing, and notary services. The staff are always very helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Jacob helped me today with notary services. He was very personable and polite and did a great job! I was in and out quickly and got exactly what I came for. Thank you so much!!

I had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience at this UPS Store location today.
I came in to return an Amazon package, which according to Amazon’s return process, does not require purchasing an additional box when a QR code or label is provided. The first employee who assisted me appeared unfamiliar with the Amazon return process and insisted that I needed to purchase a box. I had already packaged my item, but that should not have even been necessary.
When I politely asked another employee to assist because it seemed there was confusion about the Amazon return procedure, he flatly refused to help. He stated, “I’m not going to help you,” in a very dismissive and unprofessional manner. When I asked how that was acceptable customer service, he responded with “I don’t care” and “whatever.”
As someone who works in a customer service environment and trains others on professionalism and client care, I was honestly shocked. This behavior was beyond rude — it was dismissive, disrespectful, and completely inappropriate for someone in a customer-facing role.
When I requested a supervisor, I was told none was available. When I asked for a business card or manager information, he refused to provide it and told me to get one myself. The interaction felt hostile and unnecessarily confrontational.
What made it even more concerning was that immediately after refusing to help me, he began assisting the next customer without hesitation. That inconsistency only added to the frustration.
This was, without exaggeration, one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I have encountered. UPS Stores are known for reliability and support, and this interaction fell far below that standard. I sincerely hope management addresses this behavior. No customer should be treated with such disregard.
