She will apparently yell at you simply for asking questions and interrupt constantly. My experiences reflect this as well.

He was professional, helpful, and provided great guidance on the best way to ship my package. I appreciate him taking the time to come in to explain along with his positive interaction with other customers. It was a quick and easy experience. There are plenty of supplies at this location to help prepare your package. I would definitely recommend.
