- JJJoshFeb 5, 20261.0I honestly don’t understand how this branch managed to hire the laziest and least punctual staff imaginable. Their “lunch break” lasts anywhere from 90 minutes to three hours. There are times when the door is open and no one is inside. The odds of getting help by walking in during their posted hours are lower than spotting a kangaroo on the National Mall.
