Filthy location, rude staff. Anybody who works there should be ashamed. Fire them all.

Please remove “United States” and just call it Post Office. You are insulting our USA FLAG. It’s a disgrace to call this my local usps. Packages never arrive on time. They are full of lies. “Delivery attempted” but my cameras tell a different story.

I inadvertently dropped a letter to an insurance company into the indoor slot. I wanted to send it by registered mail. When I reported the problem to the “lady” at the desk she yelled that she’d have to go through the entire bag of mail. It was 5 sec since I dropped it and no one else was in the PO. She yelled at me for not knowing the zip code on the letter. “I don’t know you”, she yelled. “HOW do you expect me to find it”. I showed her my return label, she huffed off and after a minute she said she couldn’t find it. Personality and service is not her forte! Rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and mean describes her. Put her in the back, not out front with the public.
