- DTDiana TeafordSep 19, 20251.0I inadvertently dropped a letter to an insurance company into the indoor slot. I wanted to send it by registered mail. When I reported the problem to the “lady” at the desk she yelled that she’d have to go through the entire bag of mail. It was 5 sec since I dropped it and no one else was in the PO. She yelled at me for not knowing the zip code on the letter. “I don’t know you”, she yelled. “HOW do you expect me to find it”. I showed her my return label, she huffed off and after a minute she said she couldn’t find it. Personality and service is not her forte! Rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and mean describes her. Put her in the back, not out front with the public.

I don’t expect some 10/10 service but it’s like she’s trying to be a female dog and get people to dislike her. Everyone else there is super nice and friendly and that’s the only reason why I put two stars instead of 1 but she’s the worstttt. Someone needs to fire her or just tell her to stop being rude maybe? If you’re coming to work then come correct. No one has done anything to you miss!
