- RRRusty RichardsFeb 3, 20261.0Judging by the many dissatisfied customers who have left scathing reviews about this Post Office, I can understand now why the package I sent almost a week ago from Rockville, Maryland has not yet been delivered. I mailed another package at the same time to California, and it was delivered yesterday. Perhaps the delay is because of the snow, but I'm concerned now that it may be the result of staff who fail to understand how important it is to take the utmost care in handling and delivering mail.

Rather than filing a claim online, which can take days/weeks, I opted to go and visit the post office. Even though I arrived 30 minutes before closing time, the workers were extremely accommodating and located my package. By the time I arrived home, it had been properly delivered. Special thank you to Jasmin, who helped me out :) Send love to your local workers!

They worked so hard to reach the mail carrier on our route and were able to find and deliver our package that same day. Outstanding service!
