The worst experience there. The old Asian lady that works behind the counter is awful.

There is no kiosk at this location to send mail off hours. The parcel bin also has three pieces of paper saying not to put anything in it, so there is no way to drop anything off even if you already have a label. Very frustrating.

Came here yesterday, 7/16 to send out a package and the lady behind the counter was EXTREMELY rude. Her patience level with me was very thin. Every time I tried to explain what I wanted to get done, she interrupted me. How does she still have a job? She clearly hates working there. Lack of customer service from this person is unacceptable and clearly I’m not the only one

I had a great experience and this is one of my go to locations for USPS. Darryle was fantastic. He was professional, helpful, and provided great guidance on the best way to ship my package. I appreciate him taking the time to come in to explain along with his positive interaction with other customers. It was a quick and easy experience. There are plenty of supplies at this location to help prepare your package. I would definitely recommend.
