This location needs a refresh & CONSTANT SECURITY!!! Homeless people LIVE INSIDE and pee on sidewalk outside!!! Super frustrating if u need 2 pop in 2 utilize services Cabinets in bad condition and door handles falling off! There is a kiosk to print labels for packages and stamps for mail Unfortunately the supplies (priority boxes, etc) are almost non-existent -

I’ve had ALL but good visits at this location until today, Sat 1/10/26 when this location locked the doors minutes prior to official closing time. I ended up using the self service option and probably paid more than I should have but I got my package out. Customer service could have been better.

The female with the fake eyelashes working here is so rude. Every time I come here she is a problem for me or another customer. Why isn’t USPS doing anything about this? Read the comments. This is not a new issue.

This USPS location (as mandated by their Federal law) has stolen my package, committing a crime. I dropped off a package in the self-serve package drop and they lost my package. They told me they do not owe me reimbursement despite having lost it. Because USPS by law will not post a sign on these mailboxes that explicitly tell customers they are not liable for losing packages, I am reviewing them here to issue a warning to all customers to do one of two things: One, do not use USPS at all costs, especially around the holiday season. Use any private company (Fedex, UPS) because they are not immune to Federal law. Two, do not ever use the drop box unless your item is something you wouldn't mind throwing in the garbage. Always get a receipt from the counter.

The Fern St Post Office has always served me well. Because it is fairly busy, they are not chatty, but get the job done.
