My visit today was exceptional. There was a young petite African American female clerk helping me. The clerk was welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable. She explained my mailing options clearly, answered all my questions without rushing me, and made sure everything was processed accurately. I will make this my stop for all mailing needs now!

It makes me so angry when I come to a business and the lady is on her phone no greeting or anything. When I ask her for a envelope she goes and says im too late in the day 350pm and that I might as well send it regular mail or fed ex. because it will arrive monday and its Thursday afternoon. So i leave but the person im sending it to says just mail it. Come back in the girl is still there i told her I cannot come back in the morning. She gets up and hides behind the hallway and goes in the back and I hear her talking on the phone. Luckily a older gentleman comes and takes care of my mail and says it will arrive next day. What is all that drama from this young lady for? why were you on the phone and lying???

I never write a review but I am today because of the horrible service. I walk in and am next in line. The gentleman in front of me finishes and the young woman working this morning (2/26/2026 9am-ish) has her head down doing what I imagine is remaining clerical things for the man she just helped. A couple minutes pass and she hasn’t looked up or asked for next available customer (to me is usually a sign she was wrapping up something from the customer before me). I walk up to ask if she’s available, and she looks up from her phone and very rudely says something to the tune of “you saw finish with the last person” with the most attitude and rudeness I’ve ever gotten from anyone working in customer service. For that to be the very first thing said to a customer is appalling. Everything from what was said, the tone, and the look of absolute disgust and anger from her is just not acceptable. From looking at other reviews, it seems others have had similar experiences with her. This locations manager needs to look at these reviews or hopefully someone higher up the totem pole because this is not acceptable customer service if you can even call it that.

I went to this location or Fern Street in Arlington yesterday. The clerk named Ashley was completely RUDE and NASTY with me. She kept yelling, “you’re not ready”! All because I had to write down the address on the envelope. She actually picked up the book that I was sending and placed it on the space to the left and said, “Someone else is going to have to help you because I’m not”. I’m pretty sure this is all on camera. I was there around 3:30, 2-23-26. Ashley needs to be FIRED!! There is no way that the way she treated me should be accepted. She refused to tell me the manager’s name also.

Pathetic service! Too busy on her phone to acknowledge customers, no eye contact, refused to take cash payment for two envelopes, forced a credit card transaction, she skipped through the screen prompts, gave me one envelope and acted put out when I told her I purchased two, was told no other person was present for me to speak with, yet there was. Then, hostilely interrupted the conversation I had with him. Unacceptable!
