Most of the people in the office are friendly and professional but they can't get decent mail carriers for anything. I was expecting a package yesterday and it showed out for delivery. At 8:30 it showed delivered to a parcel locker. This is important so I went to see how to get it only to be told they don't have parcel lockers and the carrier must have done that to stop the timer when they realized they didn't deliver it. Now I'm waiting another day. Very annoyed.

The USPS workers at the main front desk are clueless about what they're doing and regularly make mistakes regarding costs for postage for letters and packages. They should all be fired. This location needs to get a new staff of trained people to service the public with competency, helpfulness, professionalism and courtesy.
