When i went there today, they claimed the carrier had it and that it should be delivered by today, and yet, still wasnt re-delivered, with no updates or callbacks. I’m fairly certain at this point that my package was stolen.

The staff asked for completely irrelevant information. I tried to provide everything she asked me. And next second, she said " I don't need this. I never asked for this.". I was like " You just asked me to show it to you 1 min ago.". Very unprofessional. I will never go to this location for any service.
