- VLValley LTGDec 15, 20251.0I usually drop off mail around 4:30 after my full time job to drop off parcels for my small business. This location does not stay open until their posted hours. Four times this week I’ve tried to enter around 4:30 and the doors were closed. Not only am I beyond frustrated with this location but it’s also impacting my ability to make a living and feed my kids. Why would you knowingly turn down business during the busiest time of the year. I strongly recommend going to a different location or using a different carrier if possible.

I felt like I was disturbing the clerk and she wanted to get back to what she was doing. Also, after several weeks later my mail still has not reached its destination. So disappointing!
