- CACharles AnOct 25, 20255.0Came in for a passport appointment. Was immediately helped at the window and had all the paperwork in order. That’s when I realized I forgot to bring the check to pay. They said I could also use a money order if I had a debit card on me but I didn’t so they said that as long as I could return today with a check it’d be fine and they’d add it to my application. Came back an hour later and another employee helped add the check to the application since the person who was helping me earlier was on break. The staff was super courteous and helpful. Imagine if this was the DMV, they would have made me make another appointment for another day.

Old white gentleman is really professional and helpful. I really prefer to use this location. stongly recommended

We recently got passport photos/applications processed there and it was great. Home delivery has been mostly excellent for us in 17 years of living nearby
