  Extremely poor customer service. Most UPS stores do not charge a $2.75 fee to email and print a label. So this needs to be stated instead of a employee saying "you can just email it here" without stating the small type $2.75 fee. This is especially important for those with any type of vision impairment!

  I'm leaving a third review for UPS and the very capable folks there, Chris and Leo. The past month they have helped me more times than I can count. Today was no different. Because of Chris' diligence and patience and because he is excellent at his job, I was able to take care of a problem that has been vexing me for weeks. Leo was also helpful as always. If you need anything mailed, faxed, copied, or have any other business need, these guys will take care of you and provide white glove service. So impressive and I plan to keep coming back! Sure it costs a little more than the post office but you will get that back many times over in service and quick results. Thank you UPS and thank you Chris and Leo!

  My experience was… fine. Not good, and definitely not great. I just needed 25 copies printed — nothing fancy. But apparently, there’s a $2.75 “email service fee” just to email them the file. I asked if it was free if I brought it in on a USB drive. Nope. Still $2.75. So, basically, you’re paying them for the privilege of letting them do the job you’re already paying them to do. That bugs me. Then I needed the copies cut in four places. I asked if they had a machine for that, and the guy said, “We prefer that customers cut them themselves.” Okay… that’s a new one. Most print shops charge a small fee per cut and do it professionally. Here, I got handed a paper guillotine and a wish for good luck. Finally, I asked about printing on paper that’s thicker than regular but not quite cardstock. He looked at me like I had just asked for moon dust. At that point, I gave up and printed on plain paper. All in all, it wasn’t a disaster — but it also wasn’t a place I’ll be running back to. Next time, I’m going to a real print shop.
