I came into the store with two skateboards, which are unusual sizes and depths, ie not really a traditional thing to ship, and they figured out what box would be best and then how we could cut it a little bit to make sure that it fit, and that I wasn’t paying extra for no reason. The female employee proposed using a golf club box instead of one for fine art, and it worked PERFECTLY! These kids - and I say that out of respect because younger employees get a lot of flak these days - went above and boyond in their customer service and should be recognized for setting a new standard.
