Kat carefully scanned each item to verify everything matched what was listed on my return, which gave me peace of mind. She was efficient, professional, and had me in and out in less than 5 minutes. Sidebar—Will was also providing great customer service while I was there, helping another customer with questions about a package coming from China. Overall, the team was attentive, knowledgeable, and very customer-focused. I highly recommend this location!

They quoted me upwards of four dollars to print a single sheet of paper… absolutely wild. The staff then proceeded to break it down for me like I was in kindergarten, explaining their “set-up fee” on top of the printing cost. They also planned to charge me for the tiny strip of tape needed to seal the poly mailer. Meanwhile, there were about 5–6 employees in this tiny store, and every single one dealing with retail returns. I honestly hope there’s a lot of business. Lucky for me, this retailer provides options and I can just ship to the return from UPS to FedEx where they don’t change to print their own labels.
