- HPHailey PJul 7, 20251.0Since Ready Refresh and Primo became one, we have not been receiving our delivery . Before this, our used containers were not getting picked up as agreed to. My company has called and emailed various times. There have been no responses to our emails. Every time we call, we are told that this will be fixed and our delivery will be finished the next day. Even recently, I was informed that there was some type of glitch on the backend of the delivery system causing this, and it would be fixed and delivered the next day. It was not. It has been weeks now, and we are more and more disappointed every day, not only because of the lack of deliveries but because of all of the broken expectations and promises.

As I write this review there has been 5 failed water deliveries. I live in a condo, and I can’t leave the empty bottles outside my condo without complaints. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had, they have now stopped emailing updates.
