What I got instead was a grainy dark photograph taken in what can only be described as a Victorian coal cellar. The lighting was so dark I look like a man being processed by Interpol at 3 am Naturally, the passport office took one look and said, Absolutely not, which is impressive considering they approve photos of people who look like they’ve been dragged through a hedge backwards. FedEx, somehow, managed to go lower. Charging money for this is bold. Charging 15 for it is performance art. If your goal is to delay international travel and test a person’s emotional stability, then congratulations job spectacularly done. If not, I’d suggest a candle, a window, or literally any source of light invented after 1890. Frustrating, give me my money back
