I tried to do it via app and could not, then emailed this store to request it to be cancelled and I was completely ignored. I reached out to customer service who said they can't do anything and I have to pick it up. I do not have a car and this completely defeats the purpose of needing a delivery in the first place, so the package has to go back. Made my moving experience actively worse. Use UPS or USPS and save money and don't get screwed over.
