- HVHossein VJan 21, 20261.0On January 20th I walked almost 15 minutes to drop off a packed and labeled Starlink equipment to return it. The employee at this store refused to take the package and by mentioning Elon Mask’s name said that they are not allowed to accept the package! And also said that the package has battery, but it doesn’t. Next day I dropped off the package in another Fedex store close by, the employee was very polite, professional and nice. He accepted the package without any lie and rude attitude like the one who wasted my time and caused me to walk 30 minutes in a cold weather. I appreciate the employee who helped me with the regular return process and shame on the guy who gave me the wrong information that Elon Mask package can’t be acceptable! He should train one more time to understand that the Fedex business is not his private business. If the package wasn’t acceptable to return, it couldn’t have the Fedex Return Label!
