  Really frustrating that they only sell 10 packs of poster boards or the really thick foam ones for 7 or 8 dollars. Who really needs 10 poster boards at a time? It’s super wasteful and just a really dumb sales tactic.

  I started to think 🤔 if I gave one ⭐️ too fair. Just make it 3 maybe more reasonable. Nice place, good store, pro cashiers ! just one of them is a bit extra . No man , you need to be same for all. Just because we’re helping each other. Never forget.

  I have been going to this Staples for years because it was close to my apartment, but their service and inventory were honestly mediocre most of the time. On my last visit, I had to ship a large 35-pound box. It was sealed tightly with multiple layers of tape on each edge. I struggled to get the box to the counter because I am 8 months pregnant, but I got it there. Then the salesperson told me I had to bring it to the other side of the counter. He did not offer to help me and watched me struggle with this giant box again. Most people try to be helpful to pregnant people, but I guess not if you work for Staples. And now I have learned from the recipient that the box arrived completely destroyed with a giant opening. Miraculously, nothing was lost, but the experience was jarring and unpleasant for the $70+ I paid to ship the box - I would expect it to get there without damage for that price. There is a UPS on the other side of Ballston Quarter that I'll be using from now on instead. Disgraceful.

  Slow service, take 20mins to send a fax for 8 pages. Can't believe that. Nobody help me.
