  I have a great experience working with Andrew to ship my documents overseas. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend as I plan to use in the future. Only negative issue is the lack of parking.

  DHL has never been "punctual" with their deliveries. Sometimes the truck doesn't even come which is why the service points are helpful. In this such scenario, the gentleman, Andrew(or was his name Anthony, either way he was there on the evening of 4/6/2026), heard the urgency in my voice when I called and allowed me to come after hours to collect a package I was supposed to get four days ago. Thank you again Andrew, I'll have more packages sent there specifically, that way I can plan to come during store hours. Thank you for waiting again :)
