I know multiple people who have stopped getting packages and now have to take time out of there day to go to the post office because they won't deliver anymore. I've been getting a package at my house for more than 4 years and all the sudden this month it's to big to deliver. Now I have to take time off work just to go to the post office during the week. When did it become so inconvenient to have your mail delivered if it's bigger than an envelope?!

How can I possibly know to pick up a package at the usps before they close at 4:30pm when I don't get my mail before then. And they are rude when I go to pick up a package if I want it before I go to sleep.
