  I had such a great experience at UPS thanks to Alex and Kevin. They were both incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely went out of their way to help me with my packages. From the moment I walked in, they made the process smooth and stress-free, answering my questions and making sure everything was taken care of properly. It’s not often you come across customer service like that—they really made a difference and turned what could have been a routine errand into a positive experience. Huge thank you to both of them for going above and beyond. I truly appreciate it!

  I had an unpleasant experience with the employee named Michael at this location today. When I approached and greeted him with “good morning,” he did not respond and when I placed my USB on the counter, right infront of him, he refused to pick it up and expected me to hand it directly to him, in a manner that came across as unfriendly and unprofessional. Because of this interaction, I chose to work with another employee instead, who was much more courteous and helpful. I visit this location often, and my experiences with other staff have always been positive. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as customer-facing roles require basic courtesy and professionalism.
