When I drove 30 minutes to this location to pick up a package the girl at the front desk said we do not do that. After I explained your customer service told me that I can pick up a package on behalf of someone else with proper identification and tracking number. She said we don’t work that way, customer service lied to you. I will never go back to this place.

- GRGordana RichardsonJan 31, 20261.0If you are trying to get your fingerprints there DON'T TRY. The machine was calibrated so bad that it doesn't read most of fingerprints, absolute waste of time. I've sat there for one hour trying. Don't try it. Staff was also absolutely useless and didn't even try to help. After me there was another girl who was there for the second time, also sat for an hour previous day and still did not make it.
