Always talking to customers like they owe her money and rolling her eyes. And when you match her energy - she flips out. I wouldn’t be surprised if my package wasn’t processed in retaliation. Do something about discipline at your store, USPS and stop hiring people with psychological issues.

The woman behind the counter, with long hair, was incredibly rude when I asked about the difference in price between regular mail and priority mail. When I chose priority, she told me to get the envelope and put my stuff in it, almost throwing the Scotch on me. She was incredibly disrespectful. When I told her that this was the first time I had to do everything myself, she called her supervisor and started yelling for no reason. I never raised my voice, but she did all the time and even told the supervisor that she didn’t want to help me because she didn’t want to do it at all. I don’t understand why the post office hires people with no education, manners, and politeness. I’ve been going to this post office in Alexandria almost every Friday, and the people there are much more educated. She said she’s been working there for over 10 years, but it seems nobody has asked her to behave in a way that would be considered customer service. Despite being rude, all she wants to do is be a cashier, nothing else. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this location. I will never go back.
