If you stand in line to get to the desk, the line ahead of you does not actually move. I am making no commentary on the people working there, but the bottom line is that it takes a herculean effort to mail something out of this building.

Rude, condescending, and generally disrespectful. I understand somewhat if they were swamped with customers but I was the only one there.
