Didn't have change address froms... also the lady behind the counter was smacking gum in my face, it was such a sad experience 😓 She also misinformed me about how to verify ID for change of address. Im going to be speaking to management.

Normal USPS experience, except for the lunch closings. Very inconvenient.

This location is a shining example of government entitlement and inefficiency. The lady I encountered today at the counter wins the Not My Job award. Rude, condescending, and generally disrespectful. I understand somewhat if they were swamped with customers but I was the only one there.

A literal joke- this post office seems to dictate Craddockville PO hours— so it’s rarely open. But our rates go up for less service, annually. So tired of going to fetch my mail and packages on my day off only to see a note on the door saying my next window of opportunity will be between 4 and 4:15.
Unacceptable.

I immediately assumed the place was under construction with all the hanging plastic and saran wrap everywhere but then I realized this is their protection from the flu because the flu can't find its way through saran wrap. I had plenty of time to analyze the place as I sat in line for 20 minutes waiting for an elderly women to count out 46 cents while I overlooked a bunch of people who had masks so clung to their faces I guarantee there brains couldn't receive oxygen. After a debate about Stamps coming in 20s and me wanting 30 that I couldn't get I bought the 20 and bounced
