- RLRouge à lèvres2 days ago1.0They've changed lobby access from 24 hours to 830-6p. Except no one is here at 830, 930a or 955a and doors are chained closed. No way of reaching anyone. What's the point? Always an issue. It's a small office, frequent staff turnover, often closed with maybe 1 employee, not sure how decreasing customer access and self-service, is more efficient.

Saved time and money by not having to order online. Downside is that there is no parking lot, but I was able to find free 2hr street parking around the corner on Columbus St.

I went to mail a package to Canada and was not sure of what forms were needed and they just told me to look at what forms were available with no specific guidance. While I was looking for the form the clerk made a personal call where she was using offensive, profanity filled language and I told her that I found her language offensive and preferred that she did not speak that way in the public government post office and just told me to mind my own business and then she proceeded to talk bad about me to whoever she was talking to. I plan to use UPS or FedEx instead.
