This location is very unreliable, always closed or having “system outages” during operating hours.

The gentleman working today (Oct 7) was extremely polite, professional, and prompt. This was my first time visiting and I was expecting the worst based on the other reviews. Maybe they hired someone new and I just got lucky, but it was possibly the smoothest visit to a post office that I've ever experienced.

The girl at the front desk is rude for no reason. I don’t usually leave comments but she don’t need to work in customer service. I was on the phone standing In line (wasn’t being loud at all) and she basically told me to go outside while I’m on the phone.

It's ridiculous how I send a package to this post office, and they say "reschedule to next delivery day." And then, they LOSE the package. Now I am out money, and the USPS won't pay. So it's okay for employees to steal packages???
