I needed help with sending a package so I knocked on the customer service door. Even though I could hear them on the other side no one ever answered. Very frustrating as they are closed on Monday for Presidents’ Day, So I would need to wait until Tuesday, which is three days away.

There was a super long line today with just one clerk, but she clearly was competent, knew what she was doing, advised people of kiosk options and moved things along in a reasonable manner. They deserve credit for the job they do.

Somewhere in the process, my letter was lost, and Dept of Taxation did not receive it. Because of this, I was fined almost $250. The staff has never been friendly. Since this has happened once before when I mailed from this location, I think I can figure out who’s responsible.
