One of the front desk employees, in particular, is consistently rude and unprofessional. If you don’t enjoy working in a role that requires good customer service and communication skills, then this isn’t the job for you. The attitude, laziness, and disrespect from the staff here make the experience miserable. Save yourself the frustration go to another USPS location where employees actually treat people with courtesy.
