- FMFreedom MushawAug 23, 20191.0Just wow! So horrible. They “attempted” to deliver my package from over seas 1 time. Despite it saying they will try to deliver it again, they never did. The ticket clearly says “express mail will be attempted to deliver on the next day unless you say other wise” nope. Nada. Which makes it frustrating because the date in which you have to use before they send it back is the first attempt. Horrible. I just moved to this area and I sucks that this Post Office is who I will have to deal with. :( is give it 0 but I’m trying to be hopeful.

- JHJen HollandSep 14, 20161.0The staff is beyond incompetent. I have had 4 hold mail requests over the past 6 months and none of them have been done properly. I have had my mail returned to sender (nothing more embarrassing than standing in the checkout line of the store to have all of your credit cards not work because the post office returned the one piece of first class mail the credit card company sends once a year be returned to sender), mail shoved every which way in the mailbox, and mail delivery suspended after they delivered during the hold period. The response, empty your mailbox everyday. Um, you are supposed to HOLD my mail at the post office so the box doesn't get full. Last time the manager told me to email her with the hold request information, but of course there was no response. She probably got frustrated and quit the location. The last phone call I got from the post office - please call us but they didn't leave a phone number. So frustrating to deal with the incompetence. Mostly I only get junk mail that I didn't subscribe to (love that some company has decided to send me 10's of magazines a month so they can say their circulation is higher - try cancelling those when you can't even figure out why you are getting them) but I do get some things sent by regular mail. Oh, and the other post office message - please come in to the post office. I have a job and am no where near the post office during your business hours.
