I was trying to do a change of address for an elderly relative from out of state and had made 3 trips to my local po re this issue with it still unresolved . ONE call to Miss Copeland and she clarified the issue, took steps to help fix the problem and made my life a whole lot easier! I thank her so much & wish every interaction with the PO was as easy and pleasant as she made it!
