  Carlo is the best UPS employee I’ve ever encountered. He’s knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and personable. You really feel taken care of no matter the reason you walked into UPS. He’s a rock star and makes the Kingstowne UPS the best location by far.

  The store is small and the staff are very helpful. However, I went there to have passport photos done and they came out too dark, dark beige background and my face shadowed. I even asked the guy to retake it because I had a feeling it won't be accepted. He did retake it, but very simar results. They are not set up for proper passport photos, which is shocking as they advertise that they do and I took my previous passport photo at another UPS store which were fine. Long story short, I ended up going to CVS to get another set of photos, JIC, much lighter, with the white background as required. Glad I did, because the Passport Agency rejected the UPS photo. Luckily, I had the ones from CVS with me, too. Less flattering, but I have my passport now. Go to this store for your shipping needs. Do not get passport photos here!
