Today’s visit was very disappointing. The man at the front was busy chatting casually with another customer while I waited, listening to their stories instead of being helped. Later I found out he was actually the manager — which was surprising given how unprofessional the experience was. He then directed me to another employee who clearly didn’t want to help. She showed attitude, answered my questions rudely, and acted like assisting me was a burden. Her behavior was so off-putting that I decided to take my package back and not complete the return. After coming home, I called to complain — the same lady answered, and when I asked to speak to the manager, she said the man I saw earlier was the manager. I spoke with him, but he didn’t seem to take the issue seriously at all. If you’re returning multiple packages, avoid this location. Several of my past returns were also lost, and Amazon later notified me they were never received. Very poor customer service from management down.

I run a cosplay charity group Cosplayers 4 Change so I have a mailbox so I can get all my packages safely and soundly for my group. Every time I come in, they know me by name and have my packages ready to sign for them. Where I live currently and previously, I had my packages stolen regularly which is why I needed the mailbox. It’s like Christmas when I get my packages safely whether my cosplay accessories I’ve been waiting on, prints and keychains from my favorite artists, stickers to give out to con attendees and families. It’s all very valuable to me and the employees treat me with high respect and care for my packages which is rare in today’s customer service industry. They all go the extra mile and with a friendly smile on their face. Not all stores are created equal and I love the team at this UPS Store. Thank you for your kindness and dedication, it’s very appreciated. Keep up the great work!

The people who work at this location are shady. I brought in a return item from American Eagle. It was in the plastic packaging, but not a shipping envelope. The woman at the counter tells me it is supposed to be packaged, but they do do it for me for $2.11. I say fine but I have to go to my car to get my wallet because I wasn't expecting a transaction. As I'm walking out I spy a plastic envelope mailer that is $1. I go back to the woman at the desk and ask if she can use this instead to package my item and she says yes. I go get my wallet, come back to the register and she tells me its going to be $2.11. I asked why, when the envelope was only $1. She just kind of shrugged and looked at me like I wasn't making sense. I said "but you used the $1 envelope, so you didn't need to charge me the $2.11 you initially quoted me, it should be $1" and she just kind of repeated that it "needed to be packaged" and then some other guy behind the counter chimes in that its "what Amazon or the company charges for us to package it" or something along those lines. I told them I already paid AMERICAN EAGLE NOT AMAZON, $5 for the return so, no that's not true. At this point there's a line behind me and I'm not going to keep arguing over $1.....obviously its a minor amount of money but its the principle of the whole thing and super shady that they still charged me double without a real explanation (other than to up-charge me and not have to change the transaction in the computer)

I was at the UPS store on 8647 Richmond Hwy Alexandria, VA 22309 and I was printing more memorial cards for my friends funeral. The person who helped me print them out and even laminated and cut them out perfectly was a lady named Angel. Please give her a raise🙏🏼
