I arrived shortly after opening to print tax documents using the store’s posted instructions, which direct customers to email documents to the store’s public email account rather than logging in and out of personal accounts. After sending sensitive tax documents, I discovered the store email was not logged in on the computer. When I approached the employee for assistance, I was told she did not know the password and that no one who could access the account would be in-store for four more hours. When I expressed concern that my tax documents were now sitting in an email account that no one on-site could access, the response I received was, “It’s a public computer. That’s the risk you take.” If customers are instructed to send documents to a store-managed email account, someone should have access to that account during all business hours. Opening the store without access to the email that customers are told to use creates unnecessary security risks and undermines confidence in the process.

The woman working there today was absolutely lovely. She was really friendly and offered to help us finish taping up two large boxes. Pleasantly surprised, so I felt compelled to come leave a review. Thanks for making a dull chore of dropping off boxes a bit more pleasant.

This is a truly terrible experience. 1/22/2026 The cashier was rude, She is an African American woman has a 70/30 side part. When I came in she ignored me when I greeted her to send a package, and played on her phone while acting impatient with me. She discriminated against customers, charging me five dollars for tape to seal the box, when this used to be free. She told me, 'Either take your box and get out!' I think maybe I interrupted her phone time. Secondary time I come back ask how much for each tap . She want push me out ,She took a photo of me without permission and said she would call the police to kick me out. I said I would wait in the store for the police. She said the shop was her family's and she could kick any customer out she wanted. Does she dislike this job? Why is she tarnishing UPS's reputation? I'm so disappointed! Is she trying to make the shop go out of business ? This cashier charges for everything. I said I had my own box and went to get it from my car. When I asked her, she said the box was good. Then she told me to go home to tape it. Confused, I learned she’d charge $5 to help seal it. I suspect fraudulent charges here: forcing customers to pay exorbitant fees for normally free or low-cost services like tape .My box was fine—not flat or needing tons of tape like the liar claimed. The Google responder and cashier have a systemic issue ignoring facts to slander customers. She’s scared of being photographed because she doesn’t want me to record her ignoring customers while scrolling on her phone. When I saw the owner’s reply, I found it so funny and absurd! I hope everyone takes a look! This African American worker can act with racial discrimination and rudeness because the manager backs her up.I just went to return a package, their Google responder twisted facts and the cashier attacked me personally. My package only needed a small strip of tape, but they lied I had to buy a whole roll. They also lied about calling security and taking info; I suggested police instead. Their reply damaged my reputation and the clerk’s unsolicited photo harassed me. If facts are disputed, call police to check surveillance! This is a terrible manager who skips maintaining the store to attack customers with staff. You lost trust, but you seem not to care. are you sure my box is flat? Please show recording for everyone!!! My detailed review will help others avoid this nightmare shop. AVOID this shop! I made a good decision no choose this store to return my package at final. If I took pictures I really want to share! This is my box!Not flat!!
