Don’t waste your time going here. The lady was so busy doing other packages and cannot explain things correctly to me. They really need some supervision in here in some health will not be coming back to this location ever again.

Been to this place many times since it's the nearest. But there is a short stocky built African American who is very rude, very unprofessional and have heard her talking bad about the female customer who had just left the counter and rolling eyes on her. Then was my turn and same thing no hello no eye contact and grabbed the return item rudely and didn't offer a return receipt until I stood there waiting but had to ask for it. She didn't like it at all. But then there is taller African American lady who is very professional kindly and not rude. These people get a paycheck for their work they have no right or reason to mistreat people. Or even give attitude. They should keep it at home or take it home and not subject the poor customers to their evilness.

I am writing to report an extremely unprofessional and unpleasant experience I had during my recent visit. The young lady working at the register, named Angel, displayed very rude behavior, a poor attitude, and a complete lack of customer service from the moment I walked in. When I entered the store, no one was at the register. I heard staff members talking in the back, and when I spoke, she responded but still did not come to the desk. After about 2–3 minutes, she finally came up. I was at the wrong register, and instead of assisting me, she simply said “right here” with an attitude while I was holding three large bags and a shoebox. When I asked if the store handled drop-offs, she said “yea” in a rude tone. She asked if I still had the original big bag my order came in, and when I said no, she told me “it’s boxes.” Then she told me bags were cheaper. When I asked where the bags were located, she pointed vaguely and said “over there.” I had to ask again because she did not bother to show me. She kept pointing and then said, “It’s only one over there, what you want me to do?” I explained that customer service means helping customers when they ask. Instead of assisting, she continued to act irritated. While packing my items, I asked if I could adjust the contents to make them fit properly. She responded, “I don’t know, I never ordered from Fashion Nova before,” again with an attitude. Then she added, “FASHION NOVA GIVES YOU INSTRUCTIONS,” in a rude tone. When I told her that the customer service was horrible, she argued with me and claimed I had not been waiting 3 minutes and said, “Oh well, I was helping a paying customer,” as if I was not also a paying customer. I was the only customer in the store at that time. Another employee eventually walked out from the back and helped other customers but made no effort to de-escalate the situation or offer assistance. Finally, when I handed Angel the bag after packing my items, she said very nastily, “You need to close the bag.” I did not know that was required. Her entire attitude was disrespectful, unprofessional, and unacceptable. If she does not want to help customers, she should not be in a customer-facing role. Experiences like this make a business look extremely bad. To make matters worse, I have still not received an email confirming that my packages were dropped off to UPS, and at this point I do not believe she actually processed them. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and I am requesting that this issue be addressed immediately.
