- BOBryan OukoDec 30, 20254.0I give it a 4 because I support small businesses. I also give it a 4 because the manager, I didn’t get his name, maybe isn’t a morning person. I understand mechanical issues can cause delays but using words like “did you expect me to magically know about the mechanical issues” isn’t very customer friendly then trying to make it seem like I am the problem isn’t okay. Anyway, I don’t take it personal, maybe he’s not a morning person or is having a bad day.

Very rude, unprofessional, and honestly lacking in basic social and customer service skills. They should not be customer facing at all.
