  Really great store to do your business. David, the owner, is so easy to work with and is extremely helpful. They are Pack and Ship pros. Must use this store!

  All I had to do is drop off a pre-labelled/packed package and 2 amazon returns. The staff was so rude for no reason like sorry I asked you to do your job? aka scan my 2 QR codes. God forbid I ask for a receipt.. On the other hand, the Madison St location staff is lovely!

  Customer service is great! There is never a line and have been coming here for years. I live over the bridge and this is my preferred UPS!

  I give it a 4 because I support small businesses. I also give it a 4 because the manager, I didn’t get his name, maybe isn’t a morning person. I understand mechanical issues can cause delays but using words like “did you expect me to magically know about the mechanical issues” isn’t very customer friendly then trying to make it seem like I am the problem isn’t okay. Anyway, I don’t take it personal, maybe he’s not a morning person or is having a bad day.
