Four times now we sent the exact same items, dimensions, weight, box, packing etc. Two we purchased mailing labels at the store and the other two labels we did ourselves. Only with the items done at home were we up charged for the length after item was delivered on our account!! This is not good business.

I dont appreciate the dishonesty and upcharging by using an oversized box 6 x 6 x6 for what could have fit in a significantly smaller box, 6x6x1 or an envelop. I was charged 60ish bucks for something that couldve been 15. I will never use UPS again shame on these employees. Anthony upsold me, buyer beware.

Their calm, friendly attitude made a huge difference, and they turned a potentially stressful situation into a smooth, easy experience.
