    These guys are so professional! For the past year or so I have returned dozens of items back to Amazon and they are always patient and helpful, even when your wifi does not work in their store they add you to thier system. Could not be happier.

    I visited the store on Monday, August 18 around 5PM to drop off my return package with the tracking number. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely negative.From the moment I approached the register, the staff’s attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. The cashier told me my label wasn’t visible, yet he was able to scan it but did so with obvious attitude. When I offered to resend my tracking number, he refused.After returning home (a considerable distance from the store), I checked my tracking status, only to see that the system showed the store was not in possession of my package. Concerned, I called the store. The same employee answered, raised his voice at me, and then hung up which is completely unacceptable.When I called again, a different employee answered, but the interaction still left me feeling extremely uncomfortable. I felt discriminated against and disrespected in this store as a woman. On top of that, I now have no trust that my package is being handled properly.I strongly hope that the store owner and regional manager review this situation. My coworkers (many of whom are U.S. Army members) and I will no longer do business at this location. It is unacceptable that employees treat paying customers with such rudeness and disregard for their responsibilities. There are so many hardworking people looking for jobs yet here, staff who already have jobs act as though they don’t value them or the customers they are supposed to serve.I will also be contacting UPS Human Resources to report how poorly I was treated at this location. This type of behavior reflects very badly on UPS and should not be tolerated. 0 stars. Rudeness, discrimination, and unprofessional behavior ruined my entire evening. What should have been a simple drop-off turned into one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I will never do business at this On top of that, I just noticed something even more suspicious: the associate manually typed my tracking number incorrectly by switching the last two digits (entered as …27 instead of the correct …72). There was absolutely no reason to type it in when the package label could have been scanned. This raises serious concerns about whether my package will even be processed correctly. I strongly request that the store owner review this situation and provide a comment. I trusted you my parcel!
