  Entered the store and there was nobody behind the counter. Waited, as customer after customer came in and the phone continued to ring with no sight of any employees. After 5 minutes one employee exited the bathroom at the back of the store and slowwwwwwwly walked up to the register. As he was taking my return, a woman behind me asked (politely and twice) if she could do a USPS dropoff at this location and he completely ignored her. Also, he effectively left the store unattended with access to behind the counter and all sorts of packages within reach, which is pretty disconcerting as a customer. My experiences at other UPS stores are generally good but this guy wanted no part of working there or helping people.

  Hidden gem. This is now my preferred/favorite UPS store in Alexandria. The staff is efficient and friendly. Great service.
