- MBMercedes BakerOct 31, 20255.0Oct 14, 17 & 18, 2025, I placed a print order after speaking with "Jessie" who kindly confirmed the materials needed for a memoriam poster board for our 50th High School Reunion (W-L Arlington, VA) would be printed and prepared within the very short week remaining before the event. Upon arrival the staff members who managed the job advised me they reprinted it, when it did not meet their standards. The final touches were completed while there and ready for the scheduled pick-up. I then asked to have name badges printed from an Avery template for pickup the day of the event and was again assured that the job would be ready upon opening the next morning. Apologies, I could not locate my notes with the names of the wonderful staff members that assisted me, but I am truly grateful to each of them for a job well done and for showing me that you were committed to providing quality services and treating your customer with such care and kindness. I will also note that my fellow classmates took pictures and were very complimentary of the poster and the recognition of our classmates who had passed. On behalf of the W-L Class of 1976 alumni, we THANK YOU!
