- SSS.CFeb 17, 20261.0I came in two days ago to do an Amazon return and was told by a manager (not sure his name but he had a ponytail) that the Amazon returns was closed. I was confused but said okay. I called yesterday to see if they were open and the gentleman on the line said that Amazon returns is always open, they never close. I looked at reviews for this location and I saw that recently this had happened before, where the same manager told another customer that Amazon returns was closed. Ive been coming to this staples for awhile and he seems to be a newer manager as I’ve never seen him before, but he doesn’t seem like one that’s worth keeping since he’s lying to customers. I took my return to Whole Foods instead.

I live in Washington, DC but I travel extra miles because I know I will be treated well!! Great Store!

Myself and another customer waited several minutes at the door during posted hours where the store should have been open. My last experience was worse, as I needed assistance but the employees were unhelpful after i asked for help twice. I was told someone would help me shortly, but I waited twenty minutes with no assistance. Multiple employees saw me waiting and appeared to be activly ignoring me. I would not recommend this location at this time.
