- BRBrianna Rogers2 days ago1.0I visited the store on Sunday January 4th, 2026 and the manager informed me that Amazon was shut down for the day…Mind you it’s barely even 2pm and you close at 7pm?????? Which was disappointing because I always use staples as my drop off location just for the coupons. Instead of helping me find another drop off point I felt as tho I was being shoved away. Showing me the sign on the counter saying they were not taking returns that day. You lose loyal customers like me by giving bad customer service. I’ll rather use whole foods!

I gave the cashier sympathy last week because he was taking care of us customers in line and also Amazon customers behind them. With 1 cashier and a manager who was outside smoking then walked inside the building walking pass both lines not helping. I frequent this staples so I know the other managers, this one was a new face, I only knew he was a manager because a customer asked for a manager and the cashier informed us that was the new manager walking pass him, I was in line already for 10 minutes at this point. He was outside before I even entered the building, As he was called he kept walking towards the back on his cellular device. The cashier informed us that he may not have had a walkie talkie. That is insane, even with no walkie talkie you walk in and walk pass both lines???????This is why I rather shop online. Didn’t see a name badge just his ponytail and coffee in his hand as he walked back in on the phone.
