Needed a package urgently for work. No updates, no delivery on the day listed.

I had a very disappointing experience with this FedEx drop-off location. The staff were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in assisting customers. The process took much longer than expected, and there was little communication or guidance provided. I felt rushed and my questions were ignored. Customer service should be professional and respectful, especially when handling important packages. I would not recommend this location and will choose another drop-off point in the future.

FedEx is one of the few companies that has ever outright lied to me when I called their customer service line and asked for resolution of a problem. Instead of delivering it to a local FedEx at Walgreens location as they promised, they just returned it to the sender.

This is by far one of the worst customer service experiences we have ever encountered, and it happened repeatedly at the Eisenhower location on 1/21/26 and 1/22/26 in the late afternoon. What occurred here is completely unacceptable and should alarm FedEx management. My husband went to this location two days in a row to pick up a package for our daughter, who is in college in South Carolina and could not come herself. Before he even arrived, FedEx customer service was contacted three separate times (1/20, 1/21, and 1/22). Each time we were explicitly told that he could retrieve the package with a tracking number and valid ID. He had everything required. Despite this, two female employees refused to release the package, without providing any legitimate reason. While my husband was standing there, a FedEx customer service agent named Sebastian called the location, and our daughter also called to confirm authorization. The agent could hear the entire interaction and personally witnessed how rude, dismissive, and hostile these employees were. This package is our daughter’s property paid for and legally hers. Withholding it under these circumstances is not just poor service, it is completely unjustifiable. My husband was polite, calm, and respectful at all times, yet he was treated with open disrespect and aggression. He was simply told “no” with no explanation, no effort to help, and no professionalism whatsoever. We do not live nearby, and his job does not allow him to repeatedly leave work to deal with incompetent or hostile staff. The emotional impact was real—our daughter was left crying and distressed, unable to understand why her package was being withheld. The behavior at this location raises serious concerns, including possible discrimination, as my husband is Asian. It also raises disturbing questions about how many other customers are treated this way and what happens to packages that are suddenly marked as “delivery attempted” when no attempt was actually made and someone was clearly home. This location does not reflect FedEx values or standards. What we witnessed was unprofessional, aggressive, and unacceptable behavior from employees who clearly should not be working in customer service. If a manager, supervisor, or corporate representative is reading this: this situation requires immediate investigation. The conduct of these two employees was inappropriate and alarming. Customers should never be made to feel disrespected, humiliated, or denied access to property they legally own. This experience was outrageous, exhausting, and completely avoidable. Until this location is properly addressed, I would strongly caution others against expecting fair or respectful treatment here.
