I kept checking the tracking number of the package and I received an image of the unable to deliver slip on my door. The package was never attempted to be delivered. I had to get up and drive an hour to pick up my package from the store. I even called and they stated that they will attempt to re-deliver, which didn’t happen. FedEx closed at 5. I got there at 4 and the package was already in the back. This isn’t the first time this happened. It was a Saturday and maybe the driver didn’t feel like waiting to get a signature. FedEx sucks!

I use them a lot because my printer is acting crazy and I can go there and print out my documents at a lower price compared to their competitors. The facilities are always neat and clean. I highly recommend Fedex for your printing and shipping needs.

- RDRachael DiveleySep 25, 20251.0RUDE. INCOMPETENT. CHILDISH employees! I took off from work to wait for a very important package, but the delivery man DIDN'T KNOCK. Just left a "we missed you" note. Calling customer service was completely useless. Had to call the sender to have them speak to FedEx because they wouldn't help me. They then tell me to pick it up immediately, so I go to the center only for them to say it was STILL on the truck and that I needed to come back. Several hours later I return to the center to FINALLY get my package, only to have a rude old woman act like a snobby teenager at her first job give me a snide evil look on her face and say "PLEASE?!" after I told her I was there to pick up. I have never had such an awful experience with any business ever. It seems FedEx only employs those who are literally incapable of performing the most basic aspects of their jobs. If I had ever treated a customer that poorly, I would have been fired on the spot, but apparently they will just let their employees say and do (or not do) whatever they want.
