Just left a "we missed you" note. Calling customer service was completely useless. Had to call the sender to have them speak to FedEx because they wouldn't help me. They then tell me to pick it up immediately, so I go to the center only for them to say it was STILL on the truck and that I needed to come back. Several hours later I return to the center to FINALLY get my package, only to have a rude old woman act like a snobby teenager at her first job give me a snide evil look on her face and say "PLEASE?!" after I told her I was there to pick up. I have never had such an awful experience with any business ever. It seems FedEx only employs those who are literally incapable of performing the most basic aspects of their jobs. If I had ever treated a customer that poorly, I would have been fired on the spot, but apparently they will just let their employees say and do (or not do) whatever they want.

I don’t know if these drivers are lazy or just not smart enough to make that decision on their own. FedEx from this location attempted to deliver a package multiple times that needed a signature. They take a picture of the main entrance of our building and leave. The stupidity just doesn’t make sense. If you can’t work at FedEx maybe try something that doesn’t require you to use your brain as much.
