  I needed to ship a package overnight and called to be sure they could ship it. The manager was very helpful and made the process of creating a label and getting the package in the mail quick and painless. A refreshing mailing experience!

  This is the worst FedEx location I’ve ever been to. The employees here are apathetic and lazy. Don’t expect any kind of help or assistance if you need it because they will make you feel like you’re an annoying burden for asking a question. Now I’m paying for a mistake they caused on their end because of the lack of care in their work. Trust me and just go to another location. Save yourself a headache.

  Came through, got what needed to be done. The man with the white hair and beard(JP) was kind and thorough. He was also nice to the other customers. I believe some of these comments are disingenuous and show entitlement. I had no issues with this location and their staff

  Se me perdió un paquete , que dice el sistema que está ahí y cuando voy el paquete no está ahí ! Llamo para atención al cliente y me tienen de aquí para allá no me solucionan nada !! De verdad que vergüenza! Una empresa tan grande ! Y uno envía ahí por seguridad de sus paquetes y nada que ver 🤬🤬🤬

  I rushed to the Kingstowe FedEx In Walmart in an attempt to send an urgent fax I arrived at 6:01pm (they close at 6:00 pm) just as the lady was closing the gate. I expressed the urgency in needing to send the single page fax off and the lady refused saying that they were closed. I am very aware that I arrived a minute late but to not allow me to send a fax is just poor customer service. Employees who are that self should find a different job. Definitely not what Frederick Smith expects of his employees.
