- CMChance MargheimJan 31, 20221.0I'd give zero stars if I could. The issue are multiple. Items I order are always considered over-sized, and undeliverable. When I go to the post office to pick up packages, there's always a sign on the door stating there is nobody available unless you knock. The counter is closed, so you cannot get real service. They have no clear system for organization, so packages are always difficult to find. Be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes for someone to find your items. I have had items too large shoved into my mailbox with no care. I have had items left in the rain, when a covered porch is available. Even as a government office, they never wear masks in there. Parking is virtually impossible and dangerous to attempt. You can pretty much guarantee no delivery unless your items are really small or basic mail. I'd also love to know why my neighbors have large packages left nicely in a weather proof bag right next to mine, but the same courtesy can't be afforded to me.

So easy for someone to take. Employees at the office are rude a d don't try to help. I wish the other post office near us had better hours, I would definitely have my mail transferred to them. What has happened to the mail service?
