Lisa was so rude and unfriendly. She didn’t acknowledge me when it was my turn. She was rude and very unhelpful. Even the guy in front of me was trying to make light of his situation and she wouldn’t smile or act like she had a shred of customer service experience. Will definitely avoid that post office if able.

This 1 star review is to add another to the rudeness complaints against the desk clerk Lisa. Once I approached the desk 15 minutes before closing to pick up our mail which we had on hold. She disgustingly stomped out and came back and slammed my mail on the counter. I refrained from writing a review then but today was the last straw. I am beyond tired of her rudeness. I was mailing a return. She didn't answer my question, or once made eye contact with me. Then she reached over and gave herself a green smiling face for customer service on the machine before I had a chance. Never a hello or a thank you from this one, just an annoyed face and a horrible attitude. She must be a very unhappy person, and for that I feel sorry.

Worst us post office. Constantly saying they can't deliver my packages when every other company has zero issues getting to my house. Starting to be a huge issue

Absolute crap service, and employees. Their employee dropped our package in the water right infront of our faces, the door was not locked but he didn’t even attempt to bring it inside, he saw inside and dropped it straight in the water. When I called and spoke with the “supervisor” John he also acted like he could care less. Pathetic.

Do you even conduct background checks or provide proper training for your mail carriers anymore? Multiple times, our mail carrier has marked packages as undeliverable due to “no access code,” even though we do not have a gate, code, or anything blocking our driveway or mailboxes. There is absolutely no excuse for this. This appears to be nothing more than laziness. I would give zero stars if that were an option, as this is far from the only issue. Our mailbox flag has been torn off twice, and the same has happened to our neighbor’s. On another occasion, a package was thrown into a deep ditch behind the mailboxes, left sitting in mud and water. What makes this even more frustrating is that I know the driveway is accessible because the carrier has used it many times before. In fact, during one instance when a package was marked undeliverable, I personally watched the mail carrier drive up my driveway. I walked out onto the porch to receive the package, only for the carrier to turn around and leave without delivering it. There is absolutely no excuse for this level of negligence. If this is the standard of service being provided, changes clearly need to be made and people need to start getting fired! You are handling important things with such carelessness! I would also appreciate knowing how to contact an actual person to file a formal complaint, because this is completely unacceptable!
