- MBMerita BeciaNov 1, 20251.0You all need better mail carriers. Been waiting 2 days for them to pick up packages and they never showed up. Put the mail on top of the note left in mailbox. Never had a problem with the other driver. I guess y'all just hire anybody now adays.

They clearly hate their lives and those of their customers I genuinely hope I never have to go back to any Post Office again after being treated so poorly and just the atmosphere of pure contempt. I wish I could do no stars but unfortunately 1 is the lowest we can go.

- LZLaura ZierOct 21, 20201.0On Monday I went to the Abingdon, Virginia USPS. I spent over $26 for PRIORITY EXPRESS which was GUARANTEED to be delivered by noon the next day. The package arrived in the Joliet, Illinois post office a little after 10:30 the next day but no attempts were made to "deliver" the package to the address. We had made several calls to yhe credit union and the post office. The post office in Joliet, on McDonough St. , never returned my call. Finally, a representative from our credit union drove to the Joliet USPS today and was able to get the package. They didn't understand why the package hadn't been delivered to their office? My husband went to the Abingdon office requesting our $26+ back since it was GUARANTEED to be delivered. The supervisor said that because it had been delivered to the post office on time that he wouldn't refund our money! It didn't matter that Joliet NEVER attempted to deliver it to the address on the package!!! People actually want to trust the USPS with important documents, let alone ballots???? They are becoming liars and theives!!
