Lisa is the rudest most ignorant mail worker I've met.

Horrible customer service the old employee name Lisa is the rudest person I have ever seen she was yelling at an old man and being very unprofessional towards me and then decided to reach over-the-counter and give herself a good review before I could click it 👍

You all need better mail carriers. Been waiting 2 days for them to pick up packages and they never showed up. Put the mail on top of the note left in mailbox. Never had a problem with the other driver. I guess y'all just hire anybody now adays.

Probably some of the saddest most pathetic workers I have ever seen at any establishment in my life. They clearly hate their lives and those of their customers I genuinely hope I never have to go back to any Post Office again after being treated so poorly and just the atmosphere of pure contempt. I wish I could do no stars but unfortunately 1 is the lowest we can go.

The mullet lady is the worst example of customer service I have saw in a long time. I taught customer service reps at a Fortune 500 company for over 20 years. I I would use videos of her of what not to do. I mean it’s a joke really and says a lot that the building continues to let her be a representative. I have never looked at any of the reviews until today, but it’s obvious that this is not an isolated opinion. Can someone tell me if she runs the place? The only way I can figure that she keeps the job.
