The gentleman working at the counter spent the majority of the time looking for someone else to help him. Maybe he was new... But no it was just incompetence. Since when do you categorize a key as an electric appliance? Horrible experience.

The expected delivery date was moved multiple times, my package was misplaced (lost), because of their mistake, then they said that signature was required, gave an estimated delivery window, tried to deliver hours before the window, and had to re-attempt delivery even though I signed for the package. I will be using UPS and USPS from now on as their online tracking services, status updates, and EVERYTHING are better and more reliable. If you do not care about your package actually getting delivered, use FedEx!
