- JBJames BarrFeb 24, 20261.0Edward was incredibly rude and not at all helpful. Just stood there hands in pockets all upset about nothing, very soft spoken and ignorant. Very rude. 0/10 will use another fedex in the future. If and when my package goes missing Edward is to blame, he didn't even put the label on the package after scanning my qr code.

- JJJayNov 28, 20255.0I don’t understand how anyone can conduct business here when you can barely see because of the sunlight, beaming through those windows! I pretty much had my eyes closed the entire time just because I couldn’t see from the sunlight! You guys gotta get some shades in there because that tint is not working for you guys very well! And somehow you guys still have an employee ( Asian, and or Polynesian with glasses) who greets you with a smile is very polite and very engaging! If I was him, I’d complain about those windows one because it’s hot in there and two customers can’t see because of the sunlight from either side of the building since the windows are east and west.
