    Femboy friendly. I ordered 50 copies of my Femboy survey here. Had no problems when I went to pick them up, I was not dressed a Femboy, this was before I got my first dress. I only went out and asked people once and only one person responded to my survey. Unfortunately question number 5 misprinted or the document was wrong and the question and answers were split awkwardly. It's also the one question that was unanswered, and I don't have a way of getting it answered at this point, I did not bring it up when I was there, I should have. The error was probably a problem on my end, I will have to check.

    I ordered a special edition hat through New Era and the FedEx distribution center right by my house lost it and I tried calling multiple times but it would never connect me to a human to speak to. After it was “delayed” for over 2 weeks I finally contacted New Era and they said it was “misplaced” by FedEx and gave me a refund. I don’t want a refund I want my hat! Now it’s sold out and I can’t get it. I am beyond frustrated, I’ve never had FedEx deliver a package on time. Terrible customer service

    I came in with a return, a QR code saying I don't need a box or label. They would not return because I did not have a box and said I needed to buy a box from them. After waiting 30 minutes in line, they wasted my time and will have to figure it out with the seller.

    Item stuck at facility on 9/2 and was to be delivered 9/3. No updates other than "arrived at FedEx location". Not being processed. Just stuck. Item will not be arriving on time. No guarantee on when I will be getting if it ever leaves the facility.
