I pretty much had my eyes closed the entire time just because I couldn’t see from the sunlight! You guys gotta get some shades in there because that tint is not working for you guys very well! And somehow you guys still have an employee ( Asian, and or Polynesian with glasses) who greets you with a smile is very polite and very engaging! If I was him, I’d complain about those windows one because it’s hot in there and two customers can’t see because of the sunlight from either side of the building since the windows are east and west.

Had no problems when I went to pick them up, I was not dressed a Femboy, this was before I got my first dress. I only went out and asked people once and only one person responded to my survey. Unfortunately question number 5 misprinted or the document was wrong and the question and answers were split awkwardly. It's also the one question that was unanswered, and I don't have a way of getting it answered at this point, I did not bring it up when I was there, I should have. The error was probably a problem on my end, I will have to check.

After it was “delayed” for over 2 weeks I finally contacted New Era and they said it was “misplaced” by FedEx and gave me a refund. I don’t want a refund I want my hat! Now it’s sold out and I can’t get it. I am beyond frustrated, I’ve never had FedEx deliver a package on time. Terrible customer service
