This Post Office is on the Northwest corner of the intersection of 3500 South and 4400 West. This Post Office has a driving range to teach newly-hired Postal drivers how to drive in a variety of right-driving Postal vehicles, with the steering wheel on the right side. Fall leaves have been dropping on the driving range course, and the driving range will still provide valuable driving training experience for new Postal drivers.

- GGGaryOct 14, 20251.0Was expecting a package, so was watching the tracking. Get the notification that the package is "Delivered In/At Mailbox. So I go and check my mailbox and no key for the parcel box, and its obviously not in my mailbox. Checking my mail I have mail addressed to FOUR other people in my mailbox. I find the mailman and he comes back to the mailbox and he cant find the package. Normally the issue I have most often is mail being delivered, but not actually being delivered till the next day. managements way of keeping their metrics high, just falsify when things get delivered. So called again today and the previous supervisor I called on Tuesday did not actually do any thing or report the package missing. When I called today it took me calling 17 times to finally get someone to answer the phone.

Had to talk to a robot for a solid five minutes before getting connected with an agent who was more interested in getting a good review on the survey after the call than answering ANY questions or providing any actual service. So basically, they sent my mail back even though the address was correct, wasted half of my lunch break, with their joke of an answering service, and then asked me to give them a good review.
