  OK communication ahead of time about when they were supposedly coming to deliver our furniture, but absolutely lousy follow through. Waited all afternoon for the delivery window, finally called the local terminal an hour and a half after the scheduled delivery window ended and was told that they would deliver it the next day. No call from the driver or from AIT dispatcher to let me know that I would be waiting all day with my thumb up my Axx for nothing. I told the terminal contact not to deliver before 2pm as we would not be there, so of course the driver delivered at 1pm, lying to a neighber saying we had given them permission to just drop the items off which was absolutely not true. All boxes were strapped together on one pallet and left out in the weather. One of the boxes bundled on the pallet was pressed into another, damaging the dresser we had ordered. Terrible company, does not respect their clients' time and showed extremely poor communication and service. Do not allow these incompetent clowns to deliver anything you value.

  I paid extra money for my treadmill to get delivered to a specific room. It weighs over 300lbs so I figured they would send multiple people and have equipment to bring it down a single set of stairs. They did not. They sent one person. If I hadn’t been home to help, it wouldn’t have made it out of the truck. David was great, but sending him out for a job like that alone is just ridiculous

  The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a delivery. The individuals delivering my treadmill had absolutely no respect for my house dragging the 250lb treadmill across my wood floor scratching my floor. When I asked them not to drag it across my wood floor the immediate scoffed at me and told me it’s not a big deal. When I told them not to drag it again the threw a fit and left my treadmill upstairs without assembling it or even moving it to the basement which is what I paid for, along with assembly. Worst company ever. Extremely disrespectful and scheduling was a nightmare.

  Sams Club please avoid this carrier- please. At a minimum, consumers don’t sign the form until you take the entire package apart, and take your time. I signed the delivery form despite the package being on its side (I did note this it on the form), I then immediately opened and then noticed 30 seconds later that the product was cracked in multiple locations. The drivers were very polite and accommodating but their dispatcher and other company personnel were rude and used the technicalities of signing to leave the broken shipment behind. Indicating that this was now Sams Clubs problem because they secured a signature. This company does not stand behind their service. That is a guarantee. There are companies you can rely on and those you can’t. This one you can’t.

  Best timing to head down there would be around 5.15p.m. from my point of view that's the perfect time. The people are courtes, once the product is in they will start you. Otherwise it's still in transit.
