    This is the second day I try to go to this mai office and they are closed even though it is their trading hours. I truly don’t understand what even is going on.

    I consistently have issues with this post office not delivering my mail. I will get emails saying they failed to deliver, nobody answered the door and a notice has been left. This has happened several times. I sit at my front door waiting with the door open when expecting a letter or package, no notice is ever left, nobody even shows up. They pretend to deliver mail and say they failed over and over again. This is a consistent issue and this post office should be investigated. Ive even told the employees at this office and they told me "yeah that happens alot here" This is borderline fraud and criminal.

    Went to get a return label on a prepaid label that I couldn't print, then to ship. Lisbeth originally told me she couldn't print the label using the bar code I had, that I would need the QR code. I had already waited 10 minutes in line to be told to get back in line and find the QR code. I waited another 5-10 minutes, following Lisbeth's instruction. I was told by Gloria she could help. She proceeded to scan the QR code and take my package. I interrupted her, advising her that I needed her to scan the QR code like Lisbeth told me, to print my label to ship first. She then informed me that she can't do that and to go to Macey's next door where they print labels for a $1. I went to Macey's and waited another 10 minutes in line, to be told they don't do that either. Little to say, but nothing got done in my day off with this particular errand. Keep in mind: I needed a prepaid USPS label, and at one point both clerks suggested UPS. A manager gal came out but did not help or address the issue. They do passports there too, although I wouldn't recommend based on this experience and previous reviewers. 👎🏼👎🏼 Do not recommend. Save your time because time is money. The self-serve label maker also does not work with a prepaid label. 🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️🤔

    This is a second time I’ve had very Bad Like Bad experience with USPS. Sent a package for my sister and kids. Package wasn’t deliver and they put a notice for pickup and postage is due. How? My hubby paid full price for the package to be sent including the postage on there and it’s lost all of sudden. 2 weeks later my filed a claim and called again and they said postage has to be paid my sister went to the office today that’s today 09/24/2025 this morning and was told that package has been sent back to me all the way in Washington I’m like wth really bad customer service, They went back home and someone called that the package has been found and will be re-delivered today. Package has been redeliver and my sister paid the postage fee. When it’s not our fault. USPS we are not doing services with you anymore. Such a bad customer experience. I’m so done with packages going missing and passed the expected delivery date because it’s the offices fault to say it was missed delivery when they are clearly home the whole day with cameras and all. SMH Ty so much for delivering our package and we are not going with USPS anymore too many issues.
