  I drove an extra 10 minutes to get to this UPS store. Had two girls help me that amazing. I didn’t get the second girls name, but one of them was named Averi. 100% worth the extra trip. Don’t go to Taylorsville’s location. Go here instead! They will treat you right here.

  This is the only UPS store I will go to. Baxon is so helpful and so kind. He is doing a great job and when you are in ask for him. Makes the visit seamless.

  UPS, West Jordan Redwood Road is my go to for mailing services and Baxon is my favorite. He always looks you directly in the eye with a smile and is friendly and efficient and very knowledgeable of options that are available. He is patient and listens to your needs and fulfills them perfectly. Thank you Baxon for treating me with respect and honoring my needs.

  The employees are always great. They're nice it's clean they're patient. The manager looks like Macaulay Culkin I love how he says heck yeah bout anything... They seem to all get along with each other. They know their machines and the rules and what is to be done. I go there a lot to return things. I try to space it out so they don't get sick of me but that's probably too late for that.chuckle.
